Plan dimensions

Commercial limits are designed around practical API operations, high-volume data handling, and deployment governance rather than exposing confidential correction internals.

Dimension How it is measured Operational note
App count Number of registered Android apps or backend clients using NexaPN. Separate apps can receive separate keys, quotas, and usage statistics.
Monthly requests Accepted calls to /api/v1/position during a calendar month. Higher request tiers support denser sampling, larger device fleets, and capacity planning for sustained traffic.
Peak QPS Maximum sustained request rate per account. Business and Enterprise accounts can request high-QPS plans, reserved capacity, and deployment-specific load review.
Data retention How long API metadata, diagnostic logs, and aggregate statistics are retained. Custom retention and storage controls are handled in higher tiers; raw measurements should be minimized and governed by the customer's privacy policy.
Accuracy tier Commercial service tier for the public positioning output. No plan grants access to training methods, model parameters, residual curves, or correction strategy.
Support level Response channel and operating cadence. Support covers API integration, SDK usage, dashboards, field diagnostics, capacity planning, and dedicated deployment review where contracted.
